AHARPLUS™ are rubber segments on the outside of the sole with excellent grip when in contact with the ground. They are characterized by resistance to abrasion and have an effect on the overall life of the footwear.

AHAR+™ stands for Asics High Abrasion Rubber and refers to rubber outsole materials with excellent grip. Thanks to the admixture of rubber, which is used in the production of car tires, the resistance to abrasion has been improved, which has a significant effect on the overall life of the shoe. Standard (and older) AHAR™ is twice as resistant as commonly used conventional rubber and AHAR+™ is even three times more resistant. These technologies were developed based on the concept of contributing to the reduction of the environmental burden.
