MATRYX® is a lightweight, extremely durable, woven material with hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties. The material is highly resistant to abrasion.

The company Chamatex created a fundamental innovation for all manufacturers of sports shoes thanks to the MATRYX® textile .
MATRYX® is the textile part of the shoe, i.e. its upper. This fabric is a combination of very strong synthetic yarns (polyamide and polyester) that are coated with polyurethane and technical yarns (aramid fibers, carbon, monofilament). These parts are laid out in one piece, so thanks to this technology, the number of necessary components is reduced by approximately 50%.
