History of the Malfini brand
The brand was founded at the end of 1999 under the then name ADLER Czech, a.s. Two classmates from high school - Martin Hausenblas and Pavel Neumann, who are still the sole shareholders, were involved in the company's entry. The company was originally founded as an advertising agency, but subsequently they encountered several requests for the supply of a large number of white T-shirts with a print. And that's when the idea of making their own t-shirts was born. In the end, the production of quality advertising textiles won over the activities of the advertising agency.
In 2000, the first products were introduced - simple unisex t-shirts in basic colors. After that, their range gradually expanded to include children's and women's T-shirts. Polo shirts, sweatshirts, hats, fleece products and very popular softshell jackets were subsequently added to their portfolio. Currently, the company's offer consists of more than 300 different products in sizes XS-5XL, while the aforementioned children's sizes are also included, all in a wide range of different colors. The products are marketed under four brands: MALFINI®, MALFINI Premium® (a luxury range of advertising textiles), the economical Piccolio range and the workwear brand RIMECK®. In cooperation with Bata Industrials®, it also produces safety shoes.
In 2020, the name of the company ADLER Czech, a.s. was changed to MALFINI, a.s. The company exports products to 37 countries and is strategically acquiring more. The highest percentage of sales is realized in the Czech republic, followed by Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. However, during their period of activity, the products of this brand have seen a significant shift not only in quality, but also in cuts and materials.
21/11/2022 - The company achieved a profit of CZK 2 billion. On the same day, however, another record took place, customers were offered their stock maximum of 22 million products across all four brands of the company.
In 2023, this Czech company moves even further and starts the robotization of the warehouse and logistics center. From this investment, they promise to make better use of warehouse space, to make processes more efficient and faster.
Today, MALFINI® products are compared to the highest quality European and global textile brands.
