The ASICS GT-4000 3 men's running shoes belong to a range of shoes offering maximum support and comfort without compromise. These are some of the most stable shoes from ASICS. Stability is ensured here by two technologies that combat excessive pronation. The first one is DUOMAX™ located in the middle part of the shoe and the second one is LITETRUSS™ in the inner part of the sole. In this shoe model, the midsole consists of two parts, with FLYTEFOAM™ foam used in the lower one and its derivative FLYTEFOAM™ Propel in the upper one, which has greater softness and offers a more comfortable feel. Even more perfect cushioning is offered by the well-known GEL™ technology located under the heel, where it perfectly absorbs shocks and absorbs their energy well. Excellent traction with the ground is ensured by the high-quality sole with rubber protrusions AHARPLUS™ , which is also very durable and thus overall contributes to a longer lifespan of the shoes.
Maximum comfort is ensured by the breathable Ortholite® X-30 antibacterial insole, which is characterized by excellent moisture wicking, shock absorption and, above all, prevents the formation of bacteria and odors. The upper is made from premium soft molded mesh with a sustainability level of up to 85%.

Ortholite®
Ortholite® is an antibacterial insole inside the shoe. It is characterized by breathability, wicks away moisture, absorbs shocks and, above all, prevents the formation of bacteria and unpleasant odors.

LITETRUSS™ is a stabilizing element on the inner side of the midsole, whose task is to reduce the degree of pronation. It does not use rigid materials under the arch, thanks to which damping is preserved. It is the successor to the DUOMAX™ and DYNAMIC DUOMAX™ support technologies known from pronation shoes.

FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning foam is 55% lighter than commonly used ethylene vinyl acetate EVA, yet no cushioning is lost in the manufacturing process. The shape of the midsole returns to its original state after each step. Thanks to the added organic fibers, it is characterized by high resistance.

GEL™ technology from inert polymers to form fatigue-resistant silicone reduces impacts by absorbing their energy. This results in very effective damping resulting in excellent comfort.
