Information

The Gore-Tex® membrane contains 1.4 million microscopic pores per square centimeter, which are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water and 700 times wider than a water vapor molecule. This ensures complete waterproofness of the Gore-Tex® membrane on the outside and sweat permeability on the inside. The grease-repellent substances present in the membrane prevent the absorption of body substances.
