Protection of personal data
The handling of Buyers' personal data is governed by the amendment to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended.
The operator of the online store www.adsport.store, the company MAV Trading s.r.o., Dolečky I 535, ZIP code 763 14, Zlín-Štípa, IČ: 292 63 671, DIČ: CZ29263671, declares that the personal data of buyers are confidential, will not be provided to any entities, they will not be provided to any third person and the managed personal data are secured against misuse, all in accordance with the legal order of the Czech Republic. The buyer agrees on the website of the online store www.adsport.store for:
- processing of personal data, which means name and surname, residential address, date of birth, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, bank account number and telephone number and gives consent to the collection and processing of personal data to the Operator,
- processing of personal data by the Operator for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations under the Purchase Agreement, operating a loyalty program for the Buyer and for the purposes of maintaining a user account. The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data also for the purpose of sending information and business messages to the Buyer. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data voluntarily and may revoke it at any time free of charge using the link provided at the end of the commercial communication,
- by sending a business offers related to the Operator's goods or services to the Buyer's e-mail address (maximum once a week) and further agrees to the sending of the Operator's business messages to the Buyer's e-mail address,
- by sending and storing so-called cookies to his computer. None of the cookies used on the website of the online store collects and contains information that is in the nature of the Buyer's personal data and therefore does not allow any identification of a specific person. Through the settings of his web browser, the Buyer can manually delete, block or completely disable individual cookies. Individual cookies can also be blocked or allowed only for specific websites.
This information is intended and serves for the implementation of the Purchase Agreement, in particular the performance of the necessary accounting operations and the posting of proven payments for purchased goods, for the purpose of proper delivery of goods and communication with the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to state his personal data (during registration, in his user account or when ordering) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the Seller without undue delay during the performance of the Purchase Agreement about any change in his personal data. The buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he was informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.
The Operator may authorize a third party as a Processor to process the Buyer's personal data. Up-to-date information on Personal Data Processors will eventually be sent to the Buyer at his request. Personal data will be processed indefinitely in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
If the Buyer believes that the Operator or the Processor is processing his personal data, which is in conflict with the protection of private and personal life of the Buyer or in violation of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, may:
- ask the seller or processor for an explanation,
- require the seller or processor to remedy the situation thus created.
If the Buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the Operator is obliged to provide this information. The seller has the right to demand a reasonable payment for the provision of information according to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of information.
The Seller hereby informs the Buyer that the supervisory body in the field of personal data protection is the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) with its registered office in Lt. Col. Sochora 27, ZIP code 170 00, Prague 7. The registration number of the Seller is 00078046.
