The Nike METCON 8 FLYEASE W women's cross training shoes are the best you can use for your demanding CrossFit training. The new upper is made of a stronger fabric with a surface treatment that prevents the wear of the shoes. Nike React cushioning foam is very light and thanks to this, you will be in maximum comfort during fitness training. A thicker and stronger heel will support you during strenuous exercises with weightlifting elements, the grippy rubber around the midfoot provides a great grip when climbing a rope. This model is specially equipped with a "collapsible" heel adjustment for easier putting on - so they can be put on without using hands. Just step on your heel and wait and it will slide into your heel cup. Once this process has taken place, the shoe snaps back and securely fixes the foot.
